Feb 20 Chick-fil-A at Vine City’s H. J. Russell Community Room Unveiled
Yesterday was an exciting day! Many members of Herman J. Russell’s family, including his widow Sylvia Russell as well as three children, Donata Russell Ross, H. Jerome Russell, and Michael Russell, joined Chick-fil-A Chairman and CEO Dan Cathy, and Chick-fil-A at Vine City’s franchise owner Quincy Springs, to cut the ribbon on and open a dedicated community room in Mr. Russell’s honor. Designed by Cynthia Jones Parks of Jones Worley Design, the room is tastefully adorned with images and powerful quotes that embody the spirit of Mr. Russell and the friendship and partnership he had with S. Truett Cathy, hoping to propel their legacy of working together and as entrepreneurs into future generations and inspire all who use the room.
