On April 7, 2025, the Westside community came together to celebrate the ribbon-cutting ceremony for Quest Residences at Grove Park. This 40-unit affordable housing community for seniors aged 55 and up marks the first completed phase. The $110 million Westside Housing Trifecta, is located at 339 Holly Street NW. The facility boasts of safety, dignity, and stability for Atlanta’s aging population

The Mayor of Atlanta, Andre Dickens, joined the ribbon-cutting ceremony and delivered remarks about the facility and on the importance of expanding affordable housing options in the city of Atlanta. During his speech, he recognized the contributions of H. J. Russell & Company and praised the collaborative effort that brought the development to life.

The Russell team was excited to be recognized not only for building a structure, but for helping shape a better future of Atlanta.

Developed by Quest CDC, Quest Residences @ Grove Park is a 40-unit, 43,000-square-foot affordable housing community designed for seniors aged 55 and older.
