Grayson Ridge Apartments – Lawrenceville, Georgia

To deliver on Grayson Ridge’s plan of luxury senior housing at affordable price points, H. J. Russell & Company (Russell) provided a state-of-the-art, modern facility—one that was built for care and designed like a home.

Grayson Ridge was designed to provide amenities and services that allows seniors to live independently within the 289,000 sq. ft., 240-living-unit complex. Some of these amenities include a fitness center, community room with kitchen, arts and crafts room, library, beauty salon, theater, dog park, garden area, and more. Russell served as the CM and managed all aspects of the project.

Construction began in July 2020 and completed in April 2022.
