Livingstone College Planetarium, Science Building Renovation – Salisbury, North Carolina

H. J. Russell & Company, under contract with Rice Capital Access Program, provided program and construction management oversight services on behalf of the lending institution and the Department of Education Loan (guarantor). Project features new construction of a 16,000 sf complex science building including a large planetarium lecture auditorium and theater, labs to support chemistry, molecular cell biology, & anatomy related disciplines, as well as specialized rooms for electrical, mechanical, chemical, and specimen storage. Additional scopes included the site development and large retention basin.
