SBP Data Center

The SBP Data Center project, in which H.J. Russell is a joint-venture partner, involves the construction of an 80-megawatt, 300,000 square foot data center, aimed at substantially enhancing the technological infrastructure of the region.
Designed to meet the increasing demands of a major global technology firm, particularly in cloud services and future capacity needs, the data center is a strategic addition to the firm’s network. This development is instrumental in reinforcing Leesburg’s role as a dynamic hub for technology and innovation, contributing significantly to the area’s economic and technological progression.
Located in Stonwall Business Park, this project is scheduled for completion in September 2025, marking a key milestone in the region’s advancement in technology and innovation.
