The Pad on Harvard – College Park, Georgia

H.J. Russell & Company is contributing to providing quality housing to all corners of Atlanta. Russell teamed with Air Realty to build and develop The Pad on Harvard, College Park’s first new mid-rise luxury apartment project in four decades. At five stories high and with 109 apartment homes in Phase I, The Pad is just 400 feet from the College Park MARTA transit station and a 15-minute ride to the airport. Because it’s so close to the airport, special provisions were made to cancel out airport noise, which included adding triple-pane windows and extra-thick insulation. All units have Google Fiber, and the overall property gives residents access to a swanky rooftop lounge, pool, and other amenities.
