University of North Carolina Charlotte 49ers Football Complex – Charlotte, North Carolina

H. J. Russell & Company teamed with Rodgers Builders on the construction management of the University of North Carolina at Charlotte’s 49ers football complex. The complex comprises the Charlotte 49ers Football Stadium, Judy W. Rose Football Center, and McColl-Richardson Field. The Judy W. Rose Football Center encompasses training, locker and weight room facilities, as well as an academic center, administration facilities, two practice fields and a full-size playing field. In addition, the stadium has a 15,000-seat capacity for spectators, along with hospitality and press facilities. The concourse showcases food service, retail, restrooms, and other public services.
