Villages of Castleberry Hill – Atlanta, Georgia

The Castleberry Superblock project is a planned mixed-use/mixed-income development located at the southwestern edge of the Castleberry Hill neighborhood. The project proposes the creation of new townhouse residences and an apartment building planned for the needs of senior citizens. All new buildings are planned to be compatible with the scale and character of the existing historic buildings. Public infrastructure improvements and site cleanup were required to support the development, and to promote pedestrian circulation, sidewalks have been added to the existing street grid pattern.
